Seasons Change
What a year and it's not over. If you're a regular to our site you have seen a lot of out of stock items over the very dry summer. So dry, in fact, the water source at our production facility went dry. We hauled water for a while and that was a mess.
I'm happy to report we were able to connect to our personal well and just today we have running water. That was an unexpected expense of major proportions.
Shop local and help us out! Free shipping for all order over $100 for a limited time.
It's definitely seasonal shopping season. We have so many things you can give. Each is consumable (but calorie free) and recipients needn't remember to put them out when you come over.
The most passed over item we offer is our Soy Candles. Our farmers market customers buy these year round and fill up boxes for holiday giving. There's a scent for everyone. Pet odors? try Fresh Linen which has a a special odor eliminating ingredient. Romance? Wine by the Fire. It's holiday, but carries over into January and February ever year. No real tree this year? Carolina Pine our best seller year round.
We have a new soap just available today. Love goat's milk soap? Prefer essential oils for scent? Give Spirit in the Sky a try. I plan to shower with it tonight. It's quite special.
Also sort of new is Aloe and Clover. We offered this some years ago giving it up due to price and being hand-poured. Mimi did math magic and now we have a regular bar with all the same ingredients and highly popular scent. This formula makes a very hard and long-lasting bar. Quantities are limited until we see if it sells. Please don't buy us out because you remember it. We're expecting it to do well and will be making more.
There have been several abandoned carts show up in our data recently. If there was something you couldn't get and hence abandoned the whole order, please reach out to us directly (336-613-5211, text or talk) so we can get the ball rolling for your wishes.
The opening photo was taken while we were on our first vacation together in 13 yrs. Hurray for us!!
Until next time,
Mimi
Don't forget lotions and tallow balm for gifts while you shop!
