We started the year off a little late. There was illness to deal with in January, but we're back to health.

THEN SNOWMAGEDDON. We were iced in for a week. That event was then followed by the most beautiful and deepest show we've seen in many years.

After the snow stopped falling, we were able to drive back down into the farm to get back to work. It's easier to drive of pure snow than ice. I had some time to be creative and made something new but frequently requested. It's received wonderful feedback so far. I'm talking about the Tallow Balm pictured above. I'm using it all over and benefiting from the lovely effects and subtle scent. I don't wear fragrance, but this is better than anything I could buy anywhere with natural essential oils.

AND THAT'S NOT ALL

I find my customers are becoming more thoughtful with their skincare regimen and wanted to offer things useful at an affordable price.

At home Facial Masks are a quick way to rehydrate, rejuvenate, exfoliate, and deep clean in a short time. You don't have to drive anywhere, either.

One of my favorite and longest running Farmers Market customers received a sample of this on one Sarurday and made a purchase on the next Saturday. She reports her skin (very sensitive) hasn't felt like this in years. There's also a French Green Clay version and I'm expecting feedback from a fellow vendor/customer the next time she drops by.

You will find some discounted items on our site as our customers' favorites evolve. Once that dust settles, I will I have a new soap that I think you will love. I made it for a brief while, charged more, and wrestled with the hand poured individual bars. It was too much. I have one customer who loves it so much I have made small batches for her. The fragrance is divine, it lasts forever, and there's silk and aloe in the formula. When I re-offer this it will be a regular bar (still with silk and aloe) and the same price as our other soaps. Look for Clover & Aloe soap in the spring.

Remember to shop loccal as often as you can. Recent weather has resulted in loss of income for restaurants, small shops, salons, and any other local businesses you frequent.
