Good day All. This little post is about email in general. This morning, while having that second cup, I cleared the promotions folder on two email accounts. That was a total of 2908 offers, ads, and other things I really don't care to see. I know you have the same issues and am always hesitant to create an email for customers. It is however necessary to use email.
Are my emails too frequent? Are they passed up because they are in your promotions folder? Are purchases not made because there was no special offer?

I also post to Facebook, but I don't get a lot of response to those posts. I get that, too. I find myself scrolling mindlessly and not particularly reacting. Do you see, comment, or share my Facebook posts? Do you scroll on by because there is no special offer? There 150 folks who like facebook.com/skinbymimi and 158 following that page. That's nice, but 3 people on average, usually react to my posts.

Part of my most recent Brand Strategy was to advertise on Facebook. My consultants now tell me it would not pay off at a level that would cover the cost of the ad.

A girl just does what she has always done. Create exceptional products at affordable prices for happy customers. That's what I will continue to do, but you should also expect to receive emails to inform you of what's new and the occasional special offer. LOOK OUT BLACK FRIDAY!!!
